the guy from sick puppies did. The guy offering the hugs is Juan Man, a friend of his. Some random person hugged him at a party and it moved his spirits so much that he decided to go around the mall where his friend from the band worked, and offer free hugs later on his grandmother passed away, so the guy from sick puppies made this video for him and sent it to him with a letter that said "This is who you are" it was all on youtube live last night, go to my profile to see it in my faves =)
