wow uv gota remember is cell got attacked by USSJ vegeta, USSJ trunks, 16 and krillen and it didnt even hurt then the cell jrs beat all the z fighters with ease but wen gohan went ssj2 he beat them with 1 attack then cell powered up and gohan nearly beat him with 2 punches

Maybe in this movie he was, but in the First Broly movie, Broly actually was a LSSJ, which is pretty much a Ultra SSJ2, for power. Gohan in that movie, even as a SSJ2, would have had problems with him. This movie shows Broly as a SSJ2.
