The Global Crop Diversity Trust and the Norwegian Government funded the building of the vault. Statsbygg was the company to actually build it.

There are underground tunnels and structures where the politicans, some doctors, and others who have been given clearance and who are in the know about this since the 80's (it is claimed)are going to go and wait for the dust to settle so to speak.
