You'll burn some fat and tone your muscles. -muscles get round and in shape (maybe a little bigger if you try really hard, because muscle mass gain requires weights) -you'll lose the saggy ass fat

Don't do this every 24 hours. Do it every 48. Same with arms. You might do well pairing 8 minute legs and buns one day, 8 minute abs and arms the next, then, of course, incorporate other exercises with these. I personally don't do 8 minute legs or arms because I feel like they are a waste of time. Especially 8 minute legs.

I made my own 20 minute arm routine of maxing out for pushups, maxing out again, maxing out again, maxing out again, maxing out again, then doing dips, then doing curls, then doing tricep extensions, then doing flies, then doing 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 curls, then a quick session of shoulder exercises (shrugs and shoulder flies), then I'm done!

wow, ummmm, I'm not too much into exercise, but I at least read the little warning labels on machines that say "If you begin to feel dizzy or faint, stop the exercise". You should probably take it down a notch, then work yourself back up to what yo were. If you really start feeling weak, maybe take a breather for a minute and then continue?

youre working out faster than your blood can carry oxygen throughout your body. if your stomach feels sick, lay down and elevate your legs. and take it easy. you can only push yourself so hard.
