nt of LA. Tickets like this one are unlawful and should not be left on my windshield, where they could be stolen. I do not consent to having tickets like these placed on my car. If you get a ticket like this you should write "I do not consent" across a photocopy of the ticket and keep the origi
nal as proof. This event will now go down in history as the fault of a corrupt and flawed system run by people who don't always read the very laws they claim to enforce. Becaus of what happened, I'm not sure that Officer Olmeda is capable of understanding the law. As punishment for writing this
fraudulent ticket, I'll be filing a complaint against Officer Olmeda. I think if a cop has 3 complains filed against him/her, then the cop gets demoted. As further proof that I'm in the right, California Law also states that when "one license plate is issued" then the plate must go on the back.
When two are issued, THEN one plate must be put on the front and one on back. In my case, I was only given ONE PLATE when I purchased my car, therefore, I am protected under the letter of the law. Thankfully, my Saturn dealer immediately helped me to get TWO NEW PLATES with new license numbers so
that this doesn't happen again. Already I talked with two radio hosts regarding this ticket, Michael Golden (The Radio Rebel), and Hector Rodriguez of La Buena. Do the right thing, keep cops accountable! Sometimes they need to be policed, too. Thanks to all the decent cops who do serve the publ
ic day in and day out. I know the work is stressful and tough, I was training to be a CHP officer myself. Aloha.

| I don't want anyone to know my plate number - it's private. I don't want to waste my time going to court. I'm not consenting to accept the ticket, and I'm contesting the ticket via mail. |

| Police Officers take an oath to uphold the laws, and bi-laws of the Constitution of the United States which is to include State statutes, and local ordinances without bias. It is not unlike the oath that the President of the United States might take. Writing a bogus ticket is a lot like lying under oath. |

| Did you have a temporary license plate sticker taped on your front window? If yes is the answer they made an error on that violation. There were no "No Parking" signs displayed on that post. They may not write you a ticket on that offense. No Parking is a $50 dollar violation, get them on that too. I went threw the same crap on my street with a new car. Fuck the LA parking enforcement!! |

| One more thing, those ass whole "officers" are not cops. They are hired by the city and contracted to be parking ticket bitches, as we know them. They have no power that a police officer does. On the other hand, my poor father who spent 29 years teaching at LA High School, got payed less than them 49k vs. 60k. They make their money out of dishonesty and theft from innocent taxpayers. Have you not noticed that since Villaragosa has been our mayor this problem has gotten worse? |

| I would file criminal charges against the citing officer. Fraud would be one. Perjury would be another. Rackateering might apply. All parking tickets and speeding tickets are null and void. all 3 elements must be present in order for anything to be a crime. first is the act. Second the intent. Third would be a victim or injured party. There never is a victim or injured party. Also, i would put that i am not engaged in commerce. I have made my own template for parking tickets in los angeles |

| About 4 min into the video I made an error on the 2009 date. Apparently this refers to when my registration sticker expires, not the year my car was made! |
