Because you can solve it under 40 seconds, does not mean anyone faster than you is cheating. You're obviously using the Counter-Strike philosophy, Anyone faster than you is a hacker/cheater. And: Anyone slower than you is a noob. And just so you know, many people have had solve under 10 seconds, not using a reversed scramble or speeding it up.
