Here's a - relatively - easy to replicate strategy for the insanly hard "Mile High Club" hidden mission on Call of Duty 4.
This video is done on Veteran difficulty, and took me 8 solid hours to do even once. This strategy easily became the most consistent, and even with just 60seconds to do it in, you can see you can still take time to reload strategically. :) Hope this helps those who truly need it on this devilish
achievement.

Just completed this level on veteran for the first time. Interested to see no other strategy other than mine didn't incorporate flash bangs. Quite the opposite they are all very flash bang intensive. I just stopped using them early on because I kept flash banging myself but others just ignore that it seems.

bboytilt: why doesnt anyone ever shoot the last guy in the leg? On recruit, normal or hardened difficulty that would be the easy option but on veteran it would say "True veterans get headshots, not flesh wound." and return the player to the beginning of the level!
