I like this! It shows an honest, thoughtful answer and question from citizen to Chief. There's no bias, there's no bullshit, and both people respect one another enough to be polite and thoughtful in their answers, while being honest and concerned at the same time. THAT, ladies and gentlemen, is Community Policing at it's finest, and C.P. is the only true way to stop gangs.
