dude this is way better than vice city, liverty city stories, u can swim, new planes and many helicopters, new bikes including police motorbikes quad bikes etc, alot of new weapons, new cars and even boats, new fighing style which allow you to grab you oppoment and trow him into the ground.. But the best, a whole new graphic engine makes it look the best of all gta series of all time on ps2. and ive city stories is the newest gta before gta IV

There's controversy about that, because the Vic in Vice City 1 looks nothing like the Vic in Vice City 2. This leads some people to think that the guy in Vice City 1 is actually Pete, the unseen brother, mentioned a lot in Vice City 2.
