Actually, his crash is so high because he broke his rotator in his right shoulder. It was difficult for him to reach forward to hit the crash but easier for him to reach up to hit the crash. It's on an interview from the London Paper.

Super footage. Thanks a lot. These guys are addictive. JS has always rocked. Saw him with Helmet in Melbourne, Aus in '92 and then when he played with an Aussie band Mark of Cain as their drummer at Melbourne Showgrounds at Easter '96 I think. Same kit (drums and short-sleeved shirts and cotton trousers). Legend. Check out Mark of Cain.
