what I was trying to say was that lydon despised labels for music. "alternative" was just a label the media thought up for bands like pil, who could not be pigeonholed.

I stand corrected, since I posted that I've read up (from what I can find) and a few people have claimed it to be Wobble and Lydon. It's kinda obvious now I think about it, with the cockney accent n' all. For some reason I wanted to believe it was Keith and John.

I guess I expected it to be Keith because of the higher-pitched voice.. which Keith just looked more capable of. Either way, this song is great especially loud. Seems to drive those around me crazy though haha!
