Hurricane Dolly lashes Texas-Mexico border
Hurricane Dolly was downgraded to a Category 1 hurricane today after it made landfall on South Padre Island, Texas, the National Hurricane Center said. But Dolly's sustained winds were still about 95 miles an hour. The storm is expected to produce from 8 to 12 inches of rain, with up to 20 inches in isolated spots, and widespread flooding is likely.

i was in edinburg during the hurricane, my friend came over from mcallen so he picked me up(we didnt have light) we went crusing the hurricane rofl all night it was awesome, we also ran alot of red lights while cops passed by and they didnt bother hehe. i took a stop sign from the street while my friend took the jackson sign, if ur from the valley u know the street jackson ;) jackson/freddy gonzales rofl
