Not so hard to do ... simply take a lot of pictures than put someone (with greenscreen) in front of it and there it is. It must have taken a long time but if they concentrate on it its not so bad...

1 million views? song is pretty lame and has no emotion or character (remember emotion can include happiness or ecitement before you go dropping the emo lines on me) and the video is interesting but it looks more strenuous and timeconsuming than it is good ... for good stop motion look at PES (type it into youtube) or for a good stopmotion animation music video look at 'the rip' by portishead....
no offense to the guy that made this, im sure alot of people do like it, just a personal opinion
