We partied at their rental townhouse on new years a few years ago. we woke up in the morning to go hop in our cars to go get some breakfast and all 3 of our cars had been broken into and everything stolen. this other time we were partying in the backyard at noon in the summer and some black guy walked in the front door and stole everything of any value IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY WHEN EVERYONE WAS HOME! bad area
